Our 40 km of fine sandy beaches, both natural and planned, are perfect for relaxation and leisure activities. They stretch from Vendres to Marseillan and in between there’s Valras, Sérignan, Portiragnes, the Cap d’Agde and Vias.

The beaches in the west of the Hérault are known as great family beaches - relaxed, easily accessed and for the most part supervised. The seabed here usually slopes down very gently and so bathing is safe and enjoyable.
