OYSTERS...now's the time!
The cooler the day, the better the oyster: round & tasty!
Behind the hill of Mont St. Clair, on the road next to the Bassin de Thau; an anormal landscape appears. An infinite oyster park and a small fishing village, Bouzigues in view from 1925 these oyster farms take their nobility! Faenas digitales (DJ's corridas)
They come every year, right before New Year's eve at Zinga Zanga. Local, national and european dj's meet and compete all night long, among the crowd of young people. During these faenas (Spanish word meaning : the rituals and movements of a torero fight in the arena), workshops and studios also are open to young artists, to create and record their music.
